Dan has brokered hundreds of transactions encompassing virtually every industrial street in Orange County in sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 230,000 square feet. Dan is an Owner/Principal of Lee & Associates and a Venture Capital Partner in 23 Lee & Associates offices nationwide.
